Very rare and magnificent large painted Italian terracotta urn, pot or olive jar depicting ancient Greek mythology scenes made by Angelo Ricerri in the 1910s or 1920s. The top has a handle on one side and a spout on the other. Marked by maker: "ANGELO RICCERI & F:.... TERRE COTTE". It has a has a few very shallow dings and mark on the surface but overall in a very good used and honest condition with normal ware consistent with age and use.
