Silver plate and bakelite coctailshaker designed by Folke Artsöm for GAB (Guldsmedsaktiebolaget) in the 1930s. One of the most famous Art Deco objects that ever came out of Sweden. A true Swedish design classic. Marked GAB / ALP underneath the base. Good used vintage condition with ware consistent with age and use including a few scratches on the case. Inside with some kind of corrosion so we don't recommend using this shaker more than as a decorative piece.
