The book is in good condition. The gilt lettering and decoration to the front board and spine is bright and unrubbed. There are no signatures, bookplates, or markings of any kind. There is some wear to the rear hinge. There is a some light wear and rubbing to the outside boards. The spine is faded. This book contains all 30 of Dulac's original tipped-in plates, with none missing, removed, or loose. The pages are clean and free of any foxing. This is the first edition printed in 1910 by Hodder and Stoughton. A rare find complete with many beautiful illustrations.
