Collection of 9 French miniature vehicles accompanied by a cyclist, i.e. 10 pieces in total, representing several iconic models of French automotive history as well as the world of the Tour de France. The miniatures have been kept for many years in a private collection. The majority are still displayed in their original display cases or protective enclosures. Lot composition: Renault R16 Europe 1 – Tour de France 1969 – orange miniature in Europe 1 colors, under blister. Citroën 2CV – 1957 – gray model displayed on a nominative stand under a transparent display case. Citroën Traction 11 – 1953 – black model displayed on a nominative stand under a transparent display case. Renault Reinastella – 1934 – Atlas Editions, black model displayed in its display box. Peugeot 203 – 1955 – gray model displayed on a nominative stand under a transparent display case. Citroën DS19 – 1956 – two-tone cream and black model displayed on a nominative stand under a transparent display case. Citroën Type H Police, nicknamed “salad basket” – black and white police vehicle under transparent protection. Citroën 2CV gray – second model displayed under transparent protection. Renault truck – 1910 – No. 10 – old Minialuxe miniature, presented in its box. Cyclist in a yellow jersey on his bike – Atlas Editions, still displayed under blister. The collection as a whole offers a varied overview tracing several decades of French vehicles, from the 1910 Renault truck to the Renault R16 Europe 1 Tour de France 1969. The R16 Europe 1 and the cyclist in the yellow jersey also form a nice little set dedicated to the world of the Tour de France. Condition The miniatures are in good overall collectible condition given their age. The display cases, blisters, boxes and packaging may show signs of storage and aging: dust, light scratches, marks, yellowing or deformation depending on the piece. These elements are visible in the photographs. Notably: the paint on the Citroën DS19 shows visible craquelure, particularly on the hood. Its display case has never been opened and the miniature has remained protected inside. This aging-related defect is clearly visible in the photographs. The miniatures have not been disassembled or restored by me. The detailed photographs allow precise appreciation of the condition of the vehicles, display cases and packaging and are an integral part of the description. The 10 pieces are sold together as a single lot. The set will be carefully protected and individually packaged to preserve the display cases and miniatures during transport.
