1954 Cadillac Eldorado Cabriolet - Only 2,150 examples! - Beautiful restoration, original colour - Ultimate luxury in 1954! The Eldorado was the most luxurious version built on the 62 Series. Its high-end features and luxury finish made it the car of choice for the super-rich. Every year, Cadillac improved its models and some of them stood out, such as the 1954 model. With its spoked wheels, specific body panels and metal removable soft-top cover – not to mention power steering and an electric soft top – the 1954 Eldorado offered a more flamboyant style than the previous model year. This particular example is part of this highly sought-after series. Sold new in the USA, it features a superb black paint finish (code 1A) combined with a black and cream leather interior (code 30 Y), which makes it particularly distinctive. Imported to Europe in 2008, it subsequently benefited from a restoration spanning four years, documented by numerous photographs. The bodywork and substructure have been restored, the soft top fabric has been replaced and mechanical parts have been revised. Faithful to its original specification, the beautiful two-tone leather upholstery has been restored while preserving as much of existing elements as possible. Paired with the Hydra-Matic gearbox, the powerful original V8 engine is running smoothly. Ready to hit the road, this superb Cadillac comes with a 2025 inspection report and extensive documentation detailing its history since 2008. Complete with its 1954-specific badges and trim, the black bodywork (contrasted with gleaming chrome) is impressive and looks like a work of art.
