1960 Yankees

1960 Yankees, Pirates, and Reds autographed baseball from Spring Training. Spalding brand baseball has been signed by approx. (25) including Mickey Mantle, Casey Stengel, Bill Mazeroski, Vada Pinson, Curt Flood, Don Hoak, Elston Howard, and others. All are done in ink rating 7 to 8 out of 10. Ball displays surface wear and mild soiling/discoloration. A notation written over the stampings indicates that it was signed in St. Pete, Florida on April 1, 1960. It was more likely accomplished over both that day and the one which followed given the mix of players and teams involved. A few (two or three) of the signers may not be baseball players. Includes auction LOA from JSA: Sigs. EX-EX/MT, Ball VG
