1967 BSA A50 Royal Star

This is a charming example of BSA's A50 Royal Star, a classic parallel twin from one of Birmingham, England's most celebrated motorcycle manufacturers. This example has a particularly appealing provenance, having been restored on the major television series American Restoration. The A50 was one of the first motorcycles to make a major impact on Mr. Joel in his formative years, and this BSA has therefore always held a special place in his collection. It remains an attractive and engaging piece of history from the golden era of British motorcycling. With BSA's parallel twins representing some of the most beloved motorcycles of all time, this restored A50 Royal Star represents a compelling opportunity. *Please note that the lots offered in the Billy Joel Collection have been in long-term static storage and may not be currently operational. They will require mechanical attention prior to use. car
