The 2011 vintage fully expresses the richness of Amarone, obtained through the traditional appassimento of the grapes, which concentrates aromas and structure. The blend includes the main varietals of the denomination: Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara. In the glass it presents an intense ruby red, with evolved nuances. The bouquet is wide and complex, with hints of ripe cherry, dark fruit, plum, and spices and elegant balsamic notes, tobacco, and evolved nuances. On the palate it is rich and deep, structured yet balanced, with ripe tannins and a long finish that confirms its aging potential. The 2011 vintage has earned important international recognitions, including 95/100 from James Suckling who rated it as a Amarone of great depth and complexity and Robert Parker who scored it an Olympic 96/100.
