2012 Gaja - Barbaresco DOCG - 1 Bottle (0.75L)

The 2012 vintage is special for Gaja: the three cru Sorì Tildìn, Sorì San Lorenzo, and Costa Russi were not bottled separately. The grapes from the three vineyards were instead united in Barbaresco Gaja 2012, effectively creating a kind of super-cuvee. The 2012 vintage also contains fruit from the three vineyards normally destined for Costa Russi, Sorì Tildìn, Sorì San Lorenzo, which would normally be allocated to their respective labels. It is an anomalous vintage and hardly replicable in Gaja's production history.
