Harvest: Harvested solely by hand between October 10 and 12. Maceration: 18-22 days Vol: 13.8⁰ Barrel aging: American and French oak for 15 months. Subsequent bottle aging for 24 months. Tasting Notes: Intense garnet wine with ruby reflections. Complex nose with aromas of fine woods such as cedar, spices such as clove, hints of dark chocolate with balsamic and menthol notes, and licorice notes. The palate is balanced, structured, and silky with ripe tannins. Persistent due to its just retronasal acidity of sweet black fruits.
