2015 Château Jean-Faux Sainte-Radegonde Bordeaux Blanc...

12 × 2015 Château Jean-Faux Sainte-Radegonde Bordeaux Blanc This lot consists of 8 bottles of Château Jean-Faux Bordeaux Blanc 2015, a refined dry white wine from the historic estate of Château Jean-Faux in Sainte-Radegonde, Bordeaux. Produced from organically farmed vineyards and crafted with a focus on terroir and balance, this wine reflects the estate's reputation for quality and meticulous winemaking. The 2015 vintage displays an elegant bouquet of citrus fruits, white peach, pear, acacia blossom, and delicate floral aromas, complemented by subtle mineral and lightly oaked notes. On the palate, it is fresh, well-balanced, and beautifully textured, offering vibrant acidity, excellent precision, and a long, clean finish. An excellent choice for collectors and lovers of fine Bordeaux whites, this wine pairs wonderfully with seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, poultry in cream sauces, goat's cheese, and light Mediterranean cuisine. While already showing excellent maturity, well-stored bottles can continue to develop additional complexity over the coming years.
