It is produced exclusively from Sangiovese grapes harvested in early October, which are then fermented for 14–15 days in 75-hectolitre concrete vats at a maximum temperature of 26°C. Aging takes place in 41-hectolitre untoasted French oak barrels for approximately 17 months, followed by a minimum of 12 months of bottle aging. Chianti Classico Vigna di Sessina displays an intense ruby ​​red color with garnet hues. On the nose, it reveals aromas typical of Sangiovese, such as dried violet, cherry, and spice. The palate is fresh and harmonious, with a long, lingering finish. #ghosts2026
