It is a label defined by exceptional quality—the result of meticulous vineyard selection yielding a captivating color and impressive structure in the glass. The Sangiovese grapes undergo fermentation and maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 14–16 days, followed by 21 months of aging in French oak barriques and tonneaux.
