Its name comes from a farmhouse in the heart of the vineyard known as "Pajoré," a legacy of an old family named Peirolero. It is a place that today gives life to a new wine, yet one with deep roots. Here, the vines grow in challenging, poor soils that yield limited quantities of grapes, yet ones rich in character. The result is a refined, silky Barbaresco with elegant balsamic notes. It is the most contemporary wine in the collection: balanced, precise, and never excessive. An approachable wine that is easy to drink, yet capable of surprising the palate.
