2018 Domaine Didier Dagueneau, Pur Sang - Loire - 1 Bottle (0.75L)

'Pur Sang' is one of the stellar cuvées from Domaine Didier Dagueneau. No need for presentation, simply one of the best Sauvignon producers in France, if not in the world. La Revue des Vins de France rated it 17/20 on the 2018 vintage: "Pur Sang is magnificent in its restrained power and vitality, with an exceptionally flavorful profile. A Sauvignon Blanc built for aging. Wait until at least 2022 before opening." It is entering its peak but will be even more impressive in a couple of years. The bottle has been stored in an underground cellar in optimal conditions.
