Château Lafleur du Roy 2019 – Pomerol AOP – Grand Cru de Bordeaux – 4 x 75 cl Capsules récoltant Originating from the prestigious Pomerol appellation, Château Lafleur du Roy is an exceptional red wine, combining elegance, aromatic richness and great finesse. Born from a unique terroir of sandy-gravelly soils and “crasse de fer,” it expresses the nobility of the Right Bank of Bordeaux. Produced mainly from Merlot (85%), supplemented by Cabernet Franc (10%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%), it offers an remarkable balance between roundness, structure and complexity. The Merlot provides a velvety, indulgent texture, while the Cabernets strengthen the wine’s aromatic finesse, structure and aging potential. Aged in oak barrels for 18 months The color is deep, with garnet reflections. The nose reveals intense aromas of ripe black fruits, notably cassis, blackberry and black cherry, enriched with spicy, woody and slightly floral notes. On the palate, the attack is silky and ample, supported by melted tannins and a fine overall harmony. The finish is long and elegant, marked by a subtle mineral and woody touch. This wine captivates with its balance of controlled power and elegance. Its aging potential of 15 to 20 years allows it to gradually develop more complexity and depth over time.
