2019 Dario Ceste, Monferrato Rosso - Piedmont DOC - 6 Bottles (0.75L)
Dario Ceste, Monferrato Rosso 2019 Description Producer: Dario Ceste Wine: Monferrato Rosso Vintage: 2019 Number of Bottles: 6 Size: 0.75L Grapes: 100% Merlot Aging: in large casks for about 12 months Alc.: 14,5% This Monferrato Rosso DOC is crafted from 100% Merlot grapes, organically grown and vinified using spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aging in large casks for approximately 12 months imparts structure and depth to the wine without altering its varietal character. Intense, dry, persistent. It displays a very intense ruby red color. The nose is bold, harmonious, and slightly herbaceous, with nuances reminiscent of ripe dark fruit and vegetal notes. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, and remarkably persistent, featuring a warm, enveloping texture that reveals the full power of Merlot in its Piedmontese expression.
