Aging in large casks for approximately 12 months imparts structure and depth to the wine without altering its varietal character. Intense, dry, persistent. It displays a very intense ruby red color. The nose is bold, harmonious, and slightly herbaceous, with nuances reminiscent of ripe dark fruit and vegetal notes. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, and remarkably persistent, featuring a warm, enveloping texture that reveals the full power of Merlot in its Piedmontese expression.
