Being a fresh wine but with soft tannins and a good structure, it pairs very well with a variety of dishes: • Robust first courses: perfect with Romagna egg pasta. It pairs beautifully with tagliatelle al ragù Romagnolo, cappelletti al ragù, or meat-filled ravioli. • Grilled and roasted meats: excellent with a grilled ribeye, sausages, castrato, or roasts of white and red meat. • Romagna antipasti boards: finds an excellent traditional match with Romagna piadina accompanied by flavorful cured meats (such as salami and prosciutto crudo) and cheeses like Squacquerone or mid-aged pecorino."
