At the head of the family estate, he has managed to combine tradition and modernity to elevate his wines to the top of the world hierarchy. His philosophy rests on minimal intervention to let the terroir express itself with strength and precision. Recognized for the exemplary consistency of his cuvées, he signs with Les Châssis a wine of controlled power. 100% Syrah This cuvée comes from a blending of parcels in the Mercurol and Beaumont-Monteux areas. The nose is powerful with generous red fruits. The palate is smooth, indulgent and well balanced. The fine tannins of this wine highlight the freshness of crisp fruits. This wine can be enjoyed both for its youth and fruit expression and for the secondary aromas from about 5 years old. See my other sales on Catawiki.
