2022 Chateau l'étoile de Viaud - Lalande-de-Pomerol - 6 Bottles (0.75L)

6 bottles of Chateau de l'Étoile de Viaud Lalande-de-Pomerol by Vignobles Chevalier. The vintage is the outstanding 2022. A refined and approachable Bordeaux from the prestigious Lalande-de-Pomerol appellation, just north of Pomerol itself. The 2022 vintage of Château L’Étoile de Viaud showcases the region’s signature Merlot character, blended with a touch of Cabernet Franc for structure and complexity. On the nose, it reveals inviting aromas of ripe black cherry, plum, and subtle notes of cedar and toast. The palate is round and supple, with fine tannins, balanced acidity, and a lingering, elegant finish. Aged partially in oak barrels, this wine offers both immediate pleasure and short-term ageing potential. Perfect with grilled red meats, duck breast, or a selection of aged cheeses. A charming Right Bank Bordeaux with finesse, depth, and excellent value for the pedigree. The single bottles will be shipped to you in a secure, protective, cabon neutral packaging (cf. example pictures added).
