2022 Garon

Côte Rôtie - La Sybarine 2023 (1 bottle) Born on the granite terroirs of the southern Côte-Rôtie appellation, Domaine Garon's La Sybarine 2023 embodies the elegance and gourmandise of pure, vibrant Syrah. This vintage reveals a bewitching nose of juicy black fruits, roasted meat, dried herbs and subtle sweet spices. On the palate, the texture is medium-bodied, silky and precise, with a fine, enveloping tannic structure. Its pulpy core of crushed blueberries stretches into a peppery, persistent finish, promising immediate pleasure and a fine evolution. A wine of character and emotion, perfect with red meats, game or a tasty Bleu d'Auvergne. Crozes Hermitage - Around the Rhône 2022 (2 bottles) 100% Syrah. Intense red fruit on the nose, silky-smooth and well-balanced on the palate. The 2022 vintage is characterized by its freshness and balance, thanks to careful winemaking techniques that favor the pure expression of the terroir. The Garon estate, with its family heritage, is renowned for producing authentic wines full of character. Enjoy with duck breast with cherries, roast leg of lamb with Provençal herbs, or cheese.
