Alma Mater 2023 from Domaine Jean-Claude Lapalu is a Beaujolais red made from Gamay grown on vines around 60 years old. Its deep, dense garnet color announces a cuvée with a bold character. On the palate, the wine appears ample and fresh, carried by a fine structure and a mineral expression that give it depth and precision.
