2023 x 4 Arnaud Baillot "A Ma Fille Mahaut" blanc & 2022...

4xThe Pernand-Vergelesses Blanc "Cuvée À ma fille Mahaut" by Arnaud Baillot is a great Chardonnay from Burgundy, refined and sculpted. Style: A dry, vibrant white wine, marrying the taut freshness of citrus with a saline mineral note and hints of roasted hazelnut. On the table: Ideal with scallops, a fish in beurre blanc, creamy poultry, or an aged Comté. The spirit: A confidential cuvée, a tribute from the winemaker to his daughter, perfect for haute gastronomy or aging. 5xThe Pernand-Vergelesses Rouge "Cuvée À ma fille Mahaut" by Arnaud Baillot is a great Pinot Noir from Burgundy, elegant and fleshy. Style: A gourmand and deep red wine, blending the brightness of ripe red fruits (black cherry) with soft-spice notes and velvety tannins. On the table: Ideal with duck breast, a grilled beef steak, a pork roast with prunes, or an aged Reblochon. The spirit: A confidential and vibrant cuvée, a tribute from the winemaker to his daughter, perfect for meals with character or aging.
