Antinori - Castello della Sala "Cervaro della Sala" 2024 - IGT Cervaro della Sala is one of Italy's most iconic white wines, born from the vision of the Antinori family to create a white capable of long aging. Produced at Castello della Sala in Umbria, the 2024 vintage continues this legacy of excellence. The wine is characterized by its bright straw-yellow color and a complex bouquet of citrus, chamomile, and flint, accompanied by delicate toasted and vanilla notes from its barrel fermentation. On the palate, it is vibrant and savory, showing remarkable precision and a long, mineral finish. Blend: 93% Chardonnay, 7% Grechetto. Ratings James Suckling: 97/100 Decanter: 97/100 Antinori - Castello della Sala "Bramìto della Sala" 2024 - IGT Bramìto della Sala originates from the vineyards surrounding the ancient medieval castle of Castello della Sala in Umbria. This wine was created to express the elegance, freshness, and distinct mineral character that Chardonnay can manifest in this unique terroir, which is rich in fossil sediments and clay veins. Blend: 100% Chardonnay Ratings: Gambero Rosso: Tre Bicchieri
