The process uses ozone (O₃) during grape and winery equipment treatment before vinification. This innovative method allows the wine to be produced without the addition of sulphur dioxide, while preserving its organoleptic qualities. The grapes come from hillside vineyards in Magliano in Toscana, characterised by tuffaceous and limestone-rich soils. Traditional red vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation in stainless steel and several months of bottle ageing. A modern, authentic and highly distinctive Tuscan red wine, combining the character of Sangiovese with an innovative winemaking approach focused on purity and sustainability.
