2pc Kathleen Chaney Fritz & Carol Garvin, Tropical Scenes Offset Lithographs

Two framed limited edition offset lithographs after original watercolors featuring maritime and coastal themes. The first work, titled Idle Time by Kathleen Chaney Fritz (American, b. 1950), depicts three sailboats moored in a harbor with a marine service building in the background. It is hand-signed K. Chaney Fritz in pencil at the lower right and numbered 52/950 at the lower left. The verso bears a printed white paper Certificate of Authenticity from Waterfront Publishing dated 1990, certifying the edition size and title. The print is housed in a grey-toned wooden frame with a double mat. The second work by Carol Garvin, titled Old Seven Mile Bridge - Florida Keys and dated 1994, depicts a perspective view of the bridge with pelicans in the foreground. It is signed Carol Garvin and numbered 273/950 at the lower left, and includes the title and date at the lower right of the plate, GARVIN 1994 OLD SEVEN MILE BRIDGE FLORIDA KEYS. The verso features a biographical adhesive label for the artist from Coconut Grove Gallery & Interiors in Miami, Florida. The work is presented in a light wood frame with a blue and white double mat.
