A. COULOT - Sugar sifter - 2 old powder shakers - Cristal & Argent Massif

Beautiful antique sugar shaker from the Belle Époque (circa 1890). A magnificent art object for the table that combines elegance and authenticity: The Flask is cut crystal with beveled facets, offering a very fine transparency. The Stopper is solid silver, finely pierced with decorative motifs and perforated. It bears official hallmarks: presence of the Minerva first title guarantee mark, i.e., 950, and the silversmith’s mark of the Parisian house Abel Coulot (initials A.C and a crown, registered mark in 1890). In generally good condition for its age. The crystal is sound (no chips or cracks) and the stopper screws on perfectly. Ideal for collectors of antique silverware, antique lovers, or to add a refined touch to your table. Note: tiny micro-scratches inside under the stopper. Happy bidding to all. As with all my items up for auction on this site, this marvel has undergone no cleaning (just dusting) and no modification since purchase. Please look carefully at the photos which are part of the description. Any damage not mentioned in the text but visible in the photos is considered described. No shipping outside the EU; if you are outside the European Union you may bid on one of my lots, but no claims will be possible in case of transit problems. Due to new USA import/export regulations there will be no shipment to that country. Carefully packed professional shipping, with signature on delivery and insurance.
