1 Large medium early 20th century Alphonse Mucha style button. Alphonse Mucha is known as the father of the Art Nouveau movement and his artistry is prized throughout the world. His designs were very distinct and his work is celebrated. This large medium pink glass button from the Czech Republic in the early 20th century utilized his distinct design and the detail in this beautiful example is extremely fine. Notice the jewels in the headdress circle design, they are a hallmark of his female designs from the era. Beautiful button from an original sample card. Dimensions: SM=Less than 3/4", Medium=3/4" to 1 1/4".
