I always hurt there. There is a fable about two wolves from American native culture. The Idea is that there is a battle raging within us. A battle between two wolfs: the good wolf representing love and peace and kindness; the bad wolf is anger and greed and envy. The boy asks the elder “who wins the fight?” the old man replies “The one you feed” So I am the prowling wolf on the inside. Trying to know my boundaries that cage her. I can’t ignore her crunchiness something about when she is agitated tells me there needs to be is a boundary wall there.
