A tapestry with a pastoral scene after Jean-Baptiste Huet (1745 - 1811) Polychrome wool and silk weaving, backed in cotton. Four trophy hangings between five fluted Ionic columns. Below, a landscape setting with native European fauna. With parts added to all outer borders, most noticably above the capitals. Height 258, width 418 cm. Manufacture Royale d'Aubusson, last quarter 18th C.
