At the center of the composition is an elegant peacock, whose magnificent, golden-glittering plumage drapes down between the curved branches of a flowering tree. The soft pink hues of the blossoms form a harmonious contrast to the dark, richly modeled branches and the atmospheric background in subdued gray and blue tones. The elaborate mix of acrylic painting, texture paste and metal leaf gives the painting extraordinary depth and fascinating surface texture. Finely worked details and metallic accents create, depending on the light incidence, a living interplay of light, gloss and shadow. About the artist Alla Faber is an artist living and working in Hamburg, who has been deeply engaged in painting since 2020. Since 2021 she has devoted herself especially to large-format acrylic painting, developing her own artistic handwriting. Her works are characterized by expressive compositions, harmonious color worlds and experimental techniques. She often combines acrylic paints with textured surfaces, metallic accents and flowing color transitions. Her inspiration chiefly comes from nature, organic forms and the special atmosphere of light and movement. In 2024 she completed the art course “Top Artist” at Boreal Studie and in September of the same year received 2nd place in the art competition “Golden Time Talent”.
