Alla auktioner / Samtida Konst / Amanda Dake (1974) - Mannequin
Presented is a beautiful and extremely exclusive art object by the well-known Dutch contemporary artist Amanda Dake (1974). This voluminous, three-dimensional artwork is completely hand-painted and transforms a classical torso into a vivid, high-end interior eyecatcher. The work is executed in her characteristic, eclectic pop art style. The piece fascinates with the bold combination of expressive, organic leaf- and pearl motifs on a soft pink background, contrasted with deep blue and bright neon accents. Central on the chest sits a beautiful, tangible relief heart inlaid with gold-colored glitter – an iconic detail that reflects beautifully in the light. Thanks to the professional mixed-media technique and the high-gloss protective layer, the colors come into their own incredibly. Every detail is applied by hand, which makes this object an absolute and unreproducible unique piece (1/1). Works by Amanda Dake in this format have a gallery value between €800 and €1,800. A rare opportunity to acquire an original Dutch design piece that steals the show in any modern or eclectic interior.
