About the painting: “Air of Renewal (III)” captures the delicate energy of transformation - the moment when winter begins to loosen its hold and the first breath of spring moves gently through the air. Soft blush, rose, mauve, and ivory tones gather across the canvas in expressive layers, evoking drifting petals, flowering branches, and clouds dissolving into light. Vertical traces of pigment fall and fade like quiet rain, adding a sense of movement, depth, and release. The painting speaks of renewal as something subtle rather than sudden - a gradual awakening, a soft shift in atmosphere, and the feeling that something new is quietly taking shape. Its luminous palette and flowing gestures invite the viewer to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace the lightness of change. A breath of spring in motion. A quiet unfolding. A gentle new beginning. About the artist: Andreea Zecheru is a known abstract artist based in Hamburg, Germany. Many of her works are held in private and institutional collections across Europe and the US. “My work begins where the visible meets the felt—an attempt to capture the layers of perception and reduce them to their most essential, minimalist resonance. I approach the canvas as a field of relationships, exploring the duality between control and spontaneity, stillness and movement. Through an intuitive process of observation and response, I seek to create spaces that invite stillness and attention, allowing energy and clarity to coexist.” - Andreea Zecheru
