Exceptional collection of 10 official Roland-Garros posters – 1980 to 1991 The frame is not included with the sale. Set of 10 official Roland-Garros posters covering a remarkable portion of the 1980s artistic period and the early 1990s. These posters were created for Roland-Garros by internationally renowned contemporary artists and constitute a beautiful ensemble for tennis, vintage posters, and modern art collectors. The lot includes: - Roland-Garros 1980 – Valerio Adami - Roland-Garros 1982 – Jean-Michel Folon - Roland-Garros 1983 – Vladimir Velickovic - Roland-Garros 1984 – Gilles Aillaud - Roland-Garros 1985 – Jacques Monory - Roland-Garros 1986 – Jiří Kolář - Roland-Garros 1987 – Gérard Titus-Carmel - Roland-Garros 1988 – Pierre Alechinsky - Roland-Garros 1989 – Nicola De Maria - Roland-Garros 1991 – Joan Miró Dimensions: approximately 75 × 57 cm per poster. The posters are presented in their original format and constitute a particularly interesting set due to the diversity of the artists represented and the chronological continuity of the collection. Some posters may bear the artist’s signature within the composition or a handwritten signature depending on the copy. The photographs of the lot allow precise appreciation of signatures, numbers, and any marks present on each poster. Condition: please examine the photographs closely. The old posters may show slight signs of handling, creases, marks, or color variations related to their age. The photographs are an integral part of the description.
