"Even if the preferred gemstones change and only after years celebrate their resurrection as the ladies' favorite - the brilliant has never lost its position, evenly as its impeccably clear fire it outlasts all currents of fashion. It is therefore understandable that so many secretly desire rings with diamonds..." (From a jewelry brochure of the 1930s) Rings with three gemstones are not a modern invention - they have a very special significance in the history of jewellery. They are called "trilogy rings" and they tell a story that is as old as love itself: Three stones, three chapters - past, present and future. Anyone who wears a ring like this is symbolically wearing their entire life together on their finger. And because the stones here are diamonds - indestructible and eternal according to legend - the duration of love is also guaranteed. This ring takes this romantic concept and puts it to glamorous use: Three large sparkling transitional-cut diamonds are framed by 30 smaller octagonal diamonds. The three main stones are set in fine silver bezels, making them appear almost floating in the flat ring face. Delicate milgrains add a touch of elegance, while the smaller diamonds are set like a sparkling frame, following the curves. A total of around 1.25 ct of diamonds are set, the front of the ring is made of silver, while the ring band is made of white gold. The result: an unusual, charming ring that is as symbolic as it is radiant. The ring came to us here in Berlin.
