Apple Power Mac G4 Cube complete system with Studio Display – Crack-free acrylic This is an opportunity to acquire an exceptionally well-preserved Apple Power Mac G4 Cube, one of the most iconic computers ever designed by Apple. Released in 2000, the Power Mac G4 Cube is regarded as a milestone in industrial design and is part of the permanent collections of several design museums worldwide. Designed under Steve Jobs together with Jony Ive, the Cube has become one of the most desirable collectible Apple computers. Included * Apple Power Mac G4 Cube * Apple Studio Display * Original Harman Kardon speakers * Original Apple Pro Keyboard * Original external power supply * Original manuals * Original software CDs * Original Mac OS X Panther installation Specifications * PowerPC G4 450 MHz * 512 MB SDRAM * Mac OS X 10.3.9 Panther Condition The acrylic enclosure is completely free of the well-known stress cracks, making this a highly desirable collector’s example. The computer starts and operates normally. The only known issue is that the slot-loading optical drive eject mechanism occasionally sticks, which is a common age-related issue on these models. The original Apple Pro Mouse is not included. Collector’s notes Examples in this cosmetic condition are becoming increasingly difficult to find. The combination of: * crack-free acrylic housing, * complete display and speaker set, * original documentation, * original software, * and the original purchase invoice, makes this an attractive opportunity for serious Apple collectors and design enthusiasts. The computer will be carefully packed and shipped insured.
