Moderately circulated just by accounting for the grade assigned. This note nonetheless has the markings of a souvenir that was deliberately saved around the early 1910s by virtue of the type this note represents. Now Series of 1902 Date Backs are often difficult to find regardless of the denomination or issuing bank owing to the fact that these notes were issued as a result of the Aldrich-Vreeland legislation which came into law in 1908 and expired in 1915.
