In search of his own style, he was largely influenced by the rise of japonisme and his admiration for Egyptian art. It was only at the age of 67 that he achieved fame with the exhibition of his famous White Bear. Parastone has successfully created decorative objects for almost 50 years, some of timeless classical beauty and others more aligned with prevailing trends.
