The lid features a central medallion in the shape of a complex rosette, framed by a circular geometric border and scrolling motifs. The rim of the receptacle is scattered with small golden floral bouquets. Marking: The unglazed underside bears the golden stamp Limoges FRANCE followed by the letters CID, authenticating its factory-made manufacture in the Limoges region. Condition: Excellent condition. The glaze is glossy and the gilded accents (notably the rims on the lid and base) are intact, with no signs of wear or fading. #madeinfrance
