Aurora - Oro Massiccio Jewelry Collection - 9 c - Fountain pen

A0000004792 The fountain pen is presented in very good overall condition, displaying an elegant and refined aesthetic typical of Aurora pieces made in solid gold. The body and cap in 333‰ gold retain a warm, uniform shine, highlighted by the characteristic vertical grooved pattern that gives it an especially sophisticated presence. Visually, the piece maintains an excellent appearance, with only very light surface signs of use and handling compatible with the passage of time and careful use. No major shocks, cracks, or structural deformations are observed. The engravings, contrasts, and numbering remain well defined and perfectly legible. The clip retains good tension and alignment, while the gold finishes show a clean and uniform finish. The original Aurora nib in solid 14K / 585 gold is in very good condition, correctly aligned and with excellent aesthetic presence. The pen has been serviced and is delivered operational and ready to write, maintaining proper functioning of its filling system. Includes its original Aurora box, a feature especially valued by collectors and enthusiasts, although it shows exterior wear and storage marks appropriate to its age. Overall, this is a high-end Italian fountain pen, very attractive for both collection and distinguished daily use, standing out for its intact solid-gold construction and its elegant jewelry-inspired design. Conservation recommendations It is recommended to use high-quality fountain pen inks and avoid pigmented inks. If the pen will not be used for an extended period, it is advisable to clean it with warm water and dry it completely before storing. It should be kept in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The filling system should be operated gently at all times to preserve its proper function.
