B Porcellana - Drinking set (22) - Porcelain, Gold plated

Elegant fine porcelain coffee service in 22 pieces, PORCELLANA. Year 60s-70s. The service consists of: - One large coffee pot with its lid, a sugar bowl with its lid, ten cups and ten saucers. The set features a particularly refined decoration on a white background, composed of a network of botanical motifs and arabesques in black, gray and gold, complemented by gold threads and delicate polychrome figurative scenes depicting characters in a pastoral setting. The handles and certain elements of the pieces are enhanced with gilding. The lids also feature decorative gilded knobs. The figurative decoration is particularly visible on the coffee pot and in the center of the saucers. The overall presentation is very decorative and harmonious. The pieces bear on the reverse a green mark including the letter “B” in a shield accompanied by the inscription “PORCELLANA”. The exact manufacturer could not be identified with certainty from the mark alone and is therefore presented here as an unidentified manufacturer. The service is offered as a production of the second half of the 20th century, probably around 1960–1970. - 10 cups: diameter 9 cm - 10 saucers: diameter 13 cm - 1 teapot: dimensions 22 cm - 1 sugar bowl: 10 cm Condition: Very good overall condition considering age and use. The gilding shows some wear marks. No restoration. Any small marks, micro-wear or differences in gilding should be considered part of the vintage character of the set. A particularly decorative, complete and interesting service for a European porcelain enthusiast. Careful shipping with insurance and tracking.
