BA079 - Rare Gold-striped Velvet – Italian Manufacture...

Rare Gold-striped Velvet Fabric – Italian Manufacture – 330 x 140 cm A precious decorative velvet fabric with golden stripes, made in Italy with high-quality jacquard weaving. The vertical stripes in iridescent gold velvet alternate on a sparkling ivory background, creating an elegant, luminous, and dynamic visual effect. The contrast between the light base and the gold bands gives the fabric tactile depth and a three-dimensional sheen that changes with the light. The surface offers a soft, velvety, and compact hand, typical of Italian flagship velvets, perfect for high-end interior design projects. The fabric lends itself to refined decorative applications: dramatic drapes, luxury cushions, wall coverings, bedcovers and headboards with a contemporary and sophisticated taste. This single lot, coming from a private collection, represents an example of Italian textile excellence, where artisanal tradition meets modern style. The regular gold and amber striped motif creates an elegant optical effect, perfect for enhancing classical or modern interiors.
