This note in polymer extremely rare and unusual and its existence proves that Bank Negara were experimenting with polymer at the time. But Malaysia's first non-commemorative polymer note was only issued much later in 2004. 1992年馬來西亞2令吉樣票/測試票，無編號，紅色CONTOH加蓋。PMG 64 EPQ Gem Uncirculated。此枚塑料票極為罕見，其存在證明馬來西亞國家銀行當時正在進行塑料票的測試。但是馬來西亞直到2004年才第一次發行非記念性的塑膠鈔。
