Absolutely natural, period-appropriate linen with no trace of synthetics, for this ancient and beautiful sheet coming from an old trousseau of times past. It features a stunning Burano lace applied along both sides. It has a large [edge/trim] on the upper edge. Openwork border and a fully hand-embroidered monogram. Together with two antique linen pillowcases, not contemporaneous but still antique linen, with a hand-embroidered monogram in solid stitch. Openwork border. Buttonholes and buttons in genuine mother-of-pearl. Used but perfectly preserved for decades without stains or wear. As good as new.
