Belgium 1949 - Miner 'BELGICA': design not adopted

Please examine the attached text carefully: a nice little piece of history about how this design came about and how this stamp was spread among the members of an elitist (?) club for a substantial amount of 100 B.F. This also refers to the royal question that unfolded during that period (the regency of Prince Charles, who was eventually succeeded by the young King Baudouin). Not mentioned in the OBP or STES catalogs. Registered mail.
