BMW R 100 RS, YOM 25.04.1980, 112,000 km, 70 HP, TÜV 04/2027 It has 40 mm headers, a Kickstarter, rear disc brake, steel-braided lines on all brakes. The vehicle was restored over a period of 3 years and now shines again in its old glory. The tank was refurbished and repainted. There was also a partial repainting of various parts. Everything that was motor-related needed was replaced in engine parts. The valves were partly replaced and re-lapped. All oils changed. The rims were repainted and received Bridgestone tires. Recently a new battery and a new ignition switch were installed and the seals of the fork were also replaced. The carburetors were disassembled, completely cleaned and re-tuned. There are also plenty of spare parts. Also included are the Krauser cases, which can be easily removed with the original mounts. The BMW is registered and is regularly ridden, so that it doesn’t suffer from storage damage. The BMW can be driven as well as regarded as a financial investment or a part of a collection.
