The jewel features refined artisanal craftsmanship, entirely handmade, with a splendid central repoussé and chasing work that simulates an elegant buckle-style closure. The central body is enriched with a triptych of natural garnets, old-cut, in a deep purplish-red color, magnificently hand-set. With the original velvet and silk box.
