A compulsive and spontaneous creator, Bruno Cantais lives in Lyon; he explores several techniques, ranging from abstract expressionism to Rauschenberg or De Kooning, to material projections à la Georges Mathieu, to Pop Art collage, or the expressionism of Karel Appel, which straddles the boundaries between abstract gesture and figurative representation. But his signature remains that physical painting, this material worked with the body, a testament to the artist's intimate monologue. An artist represented by the gallery Les Couleurs de l'Éternité in France, gallery Modern Dutchart in the Netherlands. Listed on Artprice, Drouot and Akoun since 2005. Atelier Maeght in 2005.
