Bucket - Wood, Brass - Rice/grain emmer

Chinese rice/grain bucket handmade from solid wooden slats with brass-colored metal bands. Traditionally used for storing rice or grain. On the bottom there is a black floral image. Dimensions are: approximately 22 cm high and about 26.5 cm wide across the top of the lid. The piece is in an authentic condition and thus shows signs of use with age, including: the wood expands and contracts with heat and cold, causing the bands around it to shift. Also, there is a hole on top of the lid. (please view the photos for a better personal impression; they are part of the description) All additional costs are the buyer's responsibility. Happy bidding.
